Our Mission
The Celestielle Charitable Trust (CCT) seeks to broaden the worldview of young New Zealanders by providing meaningful international travel experiences.
Recipients return home from their travels with a profound sense of intercultural appreciation, and a renewed dedication to spreading the word about travel and tolerance at home. When the world is our classroom, we become explorers, adventurers, writers and creators. We see more of the world and imagine what else there could be.
Our Vision
The Celestielle Charitable Trust envisions well-traveled young New Zealanders who are able to use their experiences overseas to inspire further work and/or study for the benefit of their country.
We created the trust because we believe travel should be as much about making a difference in the world as it is about seeing it, and this opportunity should not just be reserved for the more fortunate. As industry leaders, we foster a worldwide network of travel champions whose shared experiences catalyze intercultural understanding, creating global citizens.
